Excellent Location and Authentic Italian Charm

The location is superb, right opposite the Pitti Palace.. It's a short walk to the Ponte Vecchio. I found many restaurants along the road that provide easy access to dinner and breakfast. The staff were helpful . The room was suitable, with a comfy bed and bathroom facilities. A little balcony offered authentic Italian living. I appreciated the crazy little lift to access reception.

The location was good with restaurants nearby.
There was no hot water . I tried contacting the owner multiple times, I received no answer. The air conditioning barely worked, displaying an error message, and it was very warm.

My experience had a few hiccups. The air conditioning barely worked. It struggled to keep the room cool. The limited hot water supply made showering a brisk affair. I did try contacting the staff, but getting a response proved difficult. These issues detracted some value from the stay.
